Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be handled for services provided by Housifyi Solutions Private Limited.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Commencement of Work: Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of work. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (info@housify.in) to your dedicated project manager or the main company contact.
After Commencement of Work: Once work has begun (e.g., initial consultation, planning, design, or development starts), cancellations will be handled as follows:
Completed milestones or work in progress will be invoiced and payable by the client. Housifyi Solutions Private Limited retains the right to invoice for all time and resources expended up to the point the cancellation request is received. Any remaining deposit balance after this deduction will be subject to the refund terms below.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
One-Time Registration Fee: A One-Time Registration fee of ₹999 is required to initiate a project. This fee is fixed and non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the administrative and setup costs associated with commencing your service.
3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Change of Mind: After delivery and acceptance of the service or product (including final file delivery or live deployment).
Client Delays: Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary content, timely feedback, required approvals, or access credentials.
Third-Party Issues: Problems arising from third-party services that are outside of our direct control, such as issues with hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, APIs, third-party plugins, or external software.
Work Commenced: Once work has started, as described in the Cancellation Policy above.
4. Refund Request and Processing
A refund request must be made in writing via email.
Once the refund request is approved (in cases where a refund is applicable under this policy), the approved amount will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any decision regarding refunds or cancellations, contact us at the address below. We will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
